NTV (Russia)

NTV ( Cyrillic: НТВ) is a Russian television channel that was launched as a subsidiary of Vladimir Gusinsky's company . Since April 14, 2001, Gazprom Media has controlled NTV. NTV has no official meaning according to Igor Malashenko, the author of the name and co-founder of the company, but in the 1990s unofficial transcripts of the acronym include "New" (Novoye), "Independent" (Nezavisimoye), "Non-govermental" (Negosudarstvenoye), "Our" (Nashe).

NTV (Turkey)

NTV is a Turkish nationwide television news channel. It has been partnered with MSNBC since May 2000. The channel consists mostly of news but it also shows football (soccer) games, especially La Liga matches, as well as the occasional NBA game.

NTV (Bangladesh)

NTV is a Bengali language satellite television channel based in Bangladesh. It started operation in 2003. It is one of the most popular Bengali TV channels in the country. In the anniversary of the channel, the founder expressed interest in creating NTV2 to satisfy the watchers further. The channel broadcasts coverage of news, soap operas, educational, religious and politics related programs. NTV is owned by Mosaddek Ali Falu, a leader of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party.

NTV (Kenya)

NTV came into being on May 12, 2005. A new face from the previous Nation TV station under the Nation Media Group arm that has been in existence since 1999.

It is a popular TV Station in Kenya along with Kenya Television Network, Kenya Broadcasting Corporation among others.

NTV (India)

NTV is an Indian regional Telugu news channel launched on 30 August 2007 along with South India's first devotional channel Bhakti TV by Rachana Television Private Limited (RTPL). It is described as South India's first devotional channel. NTV stands for Next Generation TV. A fleet of twelve DSNG vans, said to be the country’s first regional channel to have such a fleet, have been kept stationed for news gathering. NTV Chairman Tummala Narendra Choudary promises that their content and the way of treatment will be different from other channels. RTPL also owns India's first women's channel, Vanitha TV.

NTV (Mongolia)

New Television , or NTV, is a television broadcaster in Mongolia. It was founded in 2006 and is currently employing about 70 people. Its TV broadcast is mostly in Mongolian with occasional shows in English including one of Mongolia's few English-speaking news teams.

NTV is the fourth most popular TV channel in Mongolia after MNB, UBS and Bolovsrol Television. It is also affiliated with Neo-Century Radio 107.00FM. NTV (Mongolia) broadcasts Bundesliga and Premier League highlights.

NTV was a general entertainment channel operated by the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation.
